Volunteers and projects needed January 17-20 to serve communities across 10 Mid-South counties.
MEMPHIS, Tenn., December 20, 2019 – It is one month until MLK Days of Service and Volunteer Memphis has multiple service projects for volunteers to see online through Volunteer United.
The fourth annual Martin Luther King Jr. Days of Service will run January 17 to 20, 2020. Each day of service has its own theme, but projects do not have to fit the daily theme in order to happen that day.
Volunteers can register for the service project that best fits their schedule on the Volunteer United website. Organizations who want to list their service opportunities should contact Andrea Hill at (901) 278-0016 or ahill@leadershipmemphis.org.
MLK Days of Service has service opportunities across Fayette, Haywood, Lauderdale, Marshall, Shelby, and Tipton counties in Tennessee; DeSoto, Tate, and Tunica counties in Mississippi; and Crittenden County in Arkansas.
