Milligan comes to Guidingpoint Financial with six years’ experience as an investment advisor with Waddell & Reed, Inc. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and served as Executive Officer of his Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps battalion before being commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain. Upon his return to civilian life, Milligan worked in pharmaceutical and health care sales and marketing before earning his Master of Business Administration degree from Jones International University and completing his qualifications to become a Financial Advisor.
