
Briza Restaurant Hiring Event to Fill More than 80 Positions
Briza will hold a three-day hiring event for those ready to start work soon. Open positions and application links are now online at Briza.com.
MEMPHIS, Tenn., September 26, 2025 – Briza, the highly anticipated new restaurant opening this fall at Crosstown Concourse, announced today that it will host a three-day hiring event to fill approximately 80 positions in the Memphis area.
The hiring event will take place on the following dates:
- Tuesday, September 30 | 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 1 | 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 2 | 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Briza is seeking enthusiastic and hospitality-driven individuals for a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house roles, including servers, bartenders, hosts, sushi chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, and stewards.

The in-person hiring event offers a great opportunity to connect directly with Briza’s leadership team and potentially get hired on the spot.

The hiring event will be held on-site at Crosstown Concourse, 1350 Concourse Avenue, Memphis, TN.
Briza, inspired by Chef Hernandez’s roots in El Salvador and global culinary influences, will feature a unique “Land – Sushi – Sea” concept with inventive sushi rolls, fresh wood-fired seafood, thoughtfully prepared entrées, and prime steaks. The restaurant is expected to open in November 2025.
