
Alvin Richardson Named New Director of Site Operations for Pandrol North American Headquarters in Memphis
Richardson brings more than 30 years of professional experience to his role as Director of Site Operations for Pandrol North America Headquarters
MEMPHIS, TENN., March 16, 2022 – Pandrol, a global leader in railroad infrastructure, recently announced Alvin Richardson as the new Director of Site Operations for the Pandrol North America headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. Richardson brings more than 30 years of manufacturing management experience to Pandrol’s North American Headquarters where he will oversee manufacturing and distribution efforts.

Pandrol currently employs more than 100 people at its Memphis headquarters and is currently hiring to fulfill a goal of approximately 200 employees to produce industry-leading railroad fastening products. The Pandrol Memphis headquarters produces 35 million pieces annually that are used in rail infrastructure across the globe. Pandrol employs over 1700 people in over 40 locations across the globe and produces products that are at the heart of more than 400 railways in over 100 countries.
Richardson is joining Pandrol after ten years with Cummins Manufacturing where he led plants in Charleston, SC; Columbus, IN; and, since 2017, Memphis. Before his work with Cummins, Richardson worked with other large-scale manufacturers like Berchtold Corporation and Gates Rubber Corporation.
